Originally from Washington D.C., Jessica Johnson has over 10 years of experience with social networking campaigns. She has worked on a wide range of projects including heading social media campaigns for President Obama, media personality Paul Brunson, nonprofit Organizing for Action and cable network The Africa Channel. Jessica collaborated with the production and marketing teams to develop social media strategies that included targeted marketing campaigns, influencer engagement, and community management. A graduate of Towson University in Maryland, Jessica has what’s known as "native knowledge" of digital and social media platforms—meaning that she’s had a Facebook page since 2005, a Twitter account since 2008, and rightfully predicted that Periscope would beat Meerkat for valuable app space on people's smartphones. When she’s not tweeting, you can find her reading articles, discovering new music on Pandora, volunteering with her sorority sisters, and patiently awaiting the next season of “Game of Thrones”.
